We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Site Administrator keeps the site office functioning and ensures that the human side of the project, including gate passes, personnel records, inductions, meeting management, and day-to-day administration, runs smoothly so that the project team can focus entirely on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post and courier services to and from site
  • Supervise and roster the site cleaning team; ensure site office and welfare facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Support the Project Director and Construction Manager with administrative tasks as required
  • Manage the site petty cash float and expense records
  • Manage site access control: gate passes, visitor management, and site induction records for all CDL staff and visitors
  • Maintain personnel records for all CDL direct employees on site: timesheets, attendance, and leave records
  • Manage the site office: meeting room bookings, stationery, office equipment, printing, and general administration
  • Support the Document Controller with filing and archiving as required
  • Manage the drivers' schedules and vehicle maintenance records
  • Coordinate site inductions for all new workers in coordination with the HSE Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a construction site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

  • Discreet and professional in handling personnel and project information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse site visitors and personnel
  • Highly organised with strong multi-tasking ability
